Hey. In light of my new found "talent" if you venture far enough to call it that, I have a new blog specifically for photography business!!! It's exciting. So let me know what ya think! http://hsrphotography.blogspot.com
My sisters are all really beautiful, and I hope they know it. So, these are what I took on Easter Sunday. I am going to the Rocky Mountain School of Photography weekend conference and I get to take two pictures with me that the "pro's" will critique and I think it will be these first two.
I am really excited to start this new little (well really huge) thing in my life. I have visions and ideas that I would love to get started on. Hopefully I can learn a lot from this school this weekend and come back ready to rock and roll!!! I love love love this red can. It was in the midst of a pigeon housing complex and the ground was disgusting but I found a piece of clean plywood to lay on to get this sweet shot!!!
Here are some pictures of my little sisters. They were very excited to take pictures and I think they could get used to having a camera on them all the time. That's all I ask of them, is that they don't mind if I am snappin away at their every move!!!
I recently went to the park with two of my favorite kids...Emily and well, Emily. It was my last "babysitting" day with Big Emily as they are moving away so I thought I would do some pictures of her for her mom and dad. Just a few pictures in to the playing at the park, Emily was basically expecting to be photographed. She would wait on the slide and say "I'm waiting for the picture before I go down". It was pretty funny. This is my favorite picture, It was totally a coincidence that Emily was going down the slide when I was trying to get just Emily Flem, but it turned out really cute and I love it.
So I went to Missoula a couple weekends ago and my sister let me practice my photo shooting with her fiance and her! It was really exciting, it seemed short, but it was good to practice! I have a lot to learn and this is my first "official" shoot!!! It is fun!
If you have ever seen that ridiculous show than you will appreciate this! Debra and I were watching these moms exploit their two and three year old girls on the TLC channel, and suddenly Eliana walks around the corner! I am pretty sure we both had the same idea in our heads...mine was "let's exploit Eliana!" Probably the most useful way to spend a Saturday afternoon. So after the show was over, we nabbed Elie and began the makeover process!!! It was really fun and she looked so cute! Especially the Cindy Crawford mole!!! It was too cute. Don't let the shoulder one fool you...She is not naked...She is wearing a diaper!!! I hope that doesn't sound wierd! HA!Pre-hair...A little Straitener action! The little beauty queen!!! We had lots of fun with her!
Hey friends. I probably won't get a lot of response to this blog, just because I haven't been on here for oh...two months! Let's see, I have not been up to a lot, other than working my booty off and trying to save up some moolah for a new car!
Basecamp 09' was fantabulous! I enjoyed myself as well as the home-y feeling of just being around a few people I love! I also have been enjoying my new camera, it's pretty sweet and I could not have been more blessed by my family to receive it!
